Our ‘Urgent Response Service’ allows you to take control of your own or a relative’s care needs. This type of service and support within your own home is perfect for someone who requires ‘urgent’ care on discharge home from hospital or after an unexpected event at home.
This service can be used for;
- Assist getting you home from hospital.
- Assist with getting you up or going to bed.
- Assist with your personal care.
- Assist with collecting or taking your medication
- Assist with shopping, meal preparation or light domestic work.
Your carer will offer you the help and support you require, when you require it. If you wish to relax alone at in the comfort of your own home but also have the reassurance that help is at hand, then your Urgent Response team can offer you all the help and reassurance you need.
An easy place to start to organise care either for yourself or a relative, is by making a call to our Urgent Response team or by sending a message via our website if you prefer. We may arrange for care to begin within 4 hours after your first contact. In a crisis, we can typically turns things around more quickly. Our friendly office staff will listen to what you need and they can answer any questions that you may have or suggest something that you may not have even considered.
