Many people sometimes feel that there is only one solution, when they are in need of a little personal help, and that is to consider moving into residential care or a supported living scheme.
Whilst this is an option for some people, our aim is to allow you to enjoy the sanctuary of your own home for as long as you wish to be there.
We centre our services around the person receiving care, so with our assistance, you can appreciate your own surroundings and live life to the full.
Our individually tailored care plans are designed by you, top give you the support you need, when you need it and take into account your wishes and personal preferences.
Care and support visits can be anything from 30 minutes in length to daytime companionship visits, overnight stays or even live-in care. This flexibility enables you to have help for all your day- to- day activities and maintains your independence at home. In addition, we can even offer help with certain social activities.
We can provide:
- Assistance with washing, bathing or dressing
- Preparing your meals
- Assisting with medication or collecting your prescriptions
- Shopping, either on your behalf or by escorting you
- Companionship visits to allow your regular carer time off
- Domestic tasks such as cleaning, washing or ironing
